Replacement and Return Policy In Success Team, we are committed to providing original and safe products, and due to the nature of contact lenses as personal health products, we do not offer a replacement or return service after completing the purchase. All sales are final. No replacement or return of any product after it has been opened or used. Returns are not accepted if the customer changes their mind or chooses an incorrect size/color. Please ensure before purchasing: - Choosing the correct size (degree) for medical lenses - Selecting the appropriate color and type for colored lenses - Carefully reviewing the product details before completing the order Exceptions (in limited cases only): Replacement or compensation will be considered in the following cases: - Receipt of a damaged or clearly defective product - Receiving a different product than ordered In these cases: - Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order - Attach clear photos of the product - The product must be unused and in its original condition Success Team store reserves the right to refuse any replacement or compensation request that does not meet the above conditions.
